Access to compassionate, trauma-informed care can make all the difference for survivors of sexual assault. Unfortunately, many rural communities face significant barriers when those services are unavailable locally.

That is why Relationship Safety Alliance received a $10,000 award through Crow Wing Power’s 2026 Operation Round-Up® IMPACT Grant cycle to help relaunch the region’s Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Program.

The impact of Operation Round-Up® goes far beyond a single grant cycle.

During the second quarter of 2026, Crow Wing Power’s Operation Round-Up® Board of Trustees awarded more than $40,000 to local non-profit organizations and community initiatives throughout the Cooperative’s service territory. In addition, 11 graduating high school seniors each received $1,000 scholarships to support their educational journeys after graduation.
