New and returning members can expect to receive a series of Welcome Emails that share important information about your new electric cooperative. 

Start service at an existing home in Crow Wing Power’s service area by calling the Cooperative at (218) 829-2827 or (800) 648-9401 and ask for the billing department. You will need to provide Crow Wing Power with a service address, contact information, and additional account representatives. Crow Wing Power staff is happy to connect with you and welcome you to the Cooperative family. 

This form will help get the new electric service (installation) or modification of the electric service process started. Please be sure to include daytime contact information, a member service representative will contact you via phone within 1-2 business days. Resident New Construction Application

To transfer your electric service from your current location to a new location please contact us at  (218) 829-2827 or (800) 648-9401 and ask for the billing department. You will need to provide Crow Wing Power with your new service address and some additional information.

If you wish to discontinue electric service at an address please contact us at (218) 829-2827 or (800) 648-9401 and ask for the billing department. You will need to provide a forwarding address that we keep on file in the case of distributed capital credits.
