Long Time Board Member Passes Away

We received the sad news recently that our long-time Board Member and friend, Ken Miller, passed away on Wednesday, August 30.  Ken was a dedicated Board Director for 32 years, longer than any of the current Directors, so we all knew him well.

Ken was a very successful retired dairy and cash crop farmer and he was also in the building construction business.  He lived with his wife, Jeanette in rural Little Falls.  Together, they raised seven children.  Two of their sons, Ron and Marv now operate the very large dairy operation called Enchanted Dairy.  The State-of-the-art dairy operation has 1,800 (number?) cows that fill two 6,000 bulk milk tanks.  It’s quite the operation!

We’ll miss Ken greatly on the Board.  His dedication to serve Crow Wing Power members over these years has been well-known by all of us.  We wish the best for his wife, Jeanette and family.
